Speakers include state lawmakers, researchers, medical professionals, industry leaders, and advocates! We are excited to have several Texas NORML board members participating.
- Carlos Caro, Secretary for Texas NORML, and Phil Gero, LEO Adviser for Texas NORML, will participate in the panel Cops, Docs, and Clergy: Lasting Impacts of Marijuana Criminalization on Friday, the 20th at 11am.
