Texas NORML has been closely following the situation surrounding COVID-19 and it’s public health impact. We take our obligation to the public very seriously, especially as we have many patients and elderly that participate in our organization and our events. The City of Austin has increased the barriers for hosting public events.
In order to comply with these new directives and to help protect the high-risk demographics that call us home, we will be rescheduling the Puff-n-Putt Veteran Golf Benefit. The Puff n Putt is currently scheduled for Saturday, April 4th. In order to allow for plenty of time for this situation to resolve, we have selected a new date of Saturday, September 19th, 2020. All vendor spots, golfing teams, general admission and shirt purchases will be honored for this new date (9/19/20).

Free Webinar on the State of Cannabis on 3/18/20 from 2-4pm – Join our distinguished speakers for a presentation about the State of Cannabis in Texas. Each speaker will give a 15 minutes presentation. We will then open up the event to Q&A from participants. Webinar details.
Interactive Webinar: Ask The Doctors Featuring Dr Russo And Dr Sisley On 3/19/20 from 6-8pm – Join two preeminent doctors in cannabis research for a discussion about medical cannabis, their research findings and upcoming research projects. After the presentation, there will be a significant amount of time for a Q&A so participants can engage with the Doctors. This event will be an interactive livestream. April Monthly Meeting: On 4/1/20 at 8pm – Texas NORML’s April meeting will be hosted virtually. We post the login information in the Facebook event page. It will also stream to our Youtube channel.
