Texas NORML welcomes a wide variety of distinguished speakers to discuss all things cannabis with us on 4/20! We will discuss medical cannabis, Texas Hemp Program, the political and legislative cycle, advocacy, legalization and more. We will also observe a minute of silence at 4:20pm in honor of the victims of the failed drug war. Listen to our musical guests between presentations and participate in our giveaway challenge.
