Texas NORML’s mission is to change marijuana laws so that it reflects the majority opinion of Texans which is that the responsible use of cannabis by adults and patients should no longer be subject to penalty.

Right now, we have strong bipartisan support for reform in the Texas Legislature and a record setting number of bills have been introduced for consideration. Next week, the House will be discussing hemp on the House floor and both decriminalization and medical marijuana have made it out of committee and on to Calendars. Participate in our action alerts.
