Location and directions will only be emailed to ticket holders!

There will also be a hookah lounge on site for your smoking pleasure!

This “Grassroots Revolution” will get everyone warmed up and informed for the 2011 legislative session, here in Texas. As a side note, we will have a free activist training day in early 2011, as well!

Optional Services: Camping ($5 per person), Paintball ($25 per person) and optional services provided by Hot Mamas, such as the Hookah Lounge (donations ONLY) and massage therapist!

The event will begin at 11 AM for check in, tent set up, and meet and greet but you can arrive at any time! Here are a few things that will happen on a schedule, to help you determine when you want to get there.

Lunch/Munchies will be served from Noon-3pm – Mid-East Tacos & Starlet Sweets

An one hour block of paintball will be available from 3-4pm. If you want to play paintball it is an additional $25 per person payable to the venue (includes 200 ammo) and it must be played between 3-4 PM. Suit up and sign up at 2:30 PM.

Dinner will be served from 6-7 PM – Lemon Garlic Hummus, Spicy Hot Tomato Sauce, Persian Rice, Green Salad, Vegetarian Casserole, Curry Spiced Chicken, Roasted New Zealand Lamb, Pita Bread, Baklava,Lavender Lemonade, and Iced Green Tea.

Live Music by Champagne with Friends starting at 6 PM – Two Sets (http://www.thomaschampagne.com/)

Breakfast and Coffee for those that camp will be available from 7:30 AM-9 AM on Sunday the 7th – Mama’s House Blend Coffee and Assorted Muffins

The day and evening will be filled with unstructured activities. Because the options for activities and preferences of members is so broad, feel free to come at any time and either join or start a disk golf round, game of pool, star gazing, or just relax with fellow members in the clubhouse or entertainment areas that will be set up!

Door prizes for all in attendance!

Camping, under the stars, on Saturday night, is optional but encouraged. It is an extra $5 per person to camp and your morning coffee and breakfast is part of the ticket price!

BRING YOUR OWN: Folding Chair, Alcohol, tent and camping supplies, and additional munchies or waters as Texas NORML is only providing a drink with your munchies snack (lunch time on Saturday), Dinner, and coffee with breakfast. Carpooling is encouraged as overflow parking will cost $3 per car.

The Member’s Mixer event is over at 9 AM on Sunday and the facility will then be opening for public use. You are welcomed to stay longer then 9 AM but the “private” nature of the event will end at 9 AM and any of the venue’s services will be at the individual’s cost.

Thank you for your support of Texas NORML. Your all volunteer board and chapter is one of the top 10 most active NORML chapters in the United States, because of YOU!
