Cannabis Policy Advocacy Training
The legislative session is quickly approaching. Are you prepared to participate?
With the Texas Legislature convening in January 2017, it’s important that supporters of marijuana law reform are prepared and fully engaged with the lawmakers who represent them. Now is the time for legislators to hear from Texans like you who want to see sensible marijuana policies enacted.
Training events offer activists an opportunity to identify effective arguments, learn how to dispel common myths perpetuated by prohibitionists, and prepare to connect with and effectively persuade the lawmakers who represent them in Austin. We are excited to be working with our coalition, Texans for Responsible Marijuana Policy, to put on these quality training events.
You will need to register for these training events. Please select the one nearest you and register! We will also be hosting a Social for each event, so stay tuned for those updates.
