General Election Day: Tuesday, November 3rd
In Texas, citizen-initiated ballot propositions are not allowed, so elected officials at the state and federal levels are responsible for upholding or reforming current marijuana laws. Elections offer an opportunity for voters to decide who will represent them when these decisions are made. Make sure your voice is heard! Texas NORML’s Monthly Meeting: Wednesday, November 4th at 8pm CT
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Texas NORML is hosting these meetings virtually. You can view on Facebook Live or join the webinar. We will also post the recording to Youtube after the event. Texas NORML and Texas Veterans for Medical Marijuana host a virtual Veterans Day Community Conversation. In the past we have been able to participate in Veterans Day parades in Austin and New Braunfels. Due to restrictions, these events have been canceled. Instead, we will get together virtually to chat about the veteran results from the Texas Patient Study on Medical Cannabis, what #OperationTrapped will look like during the #txlege, personal experiences from Texas Veterans and more.
