With our lawmakers meeting for only 140 days every two years, we have a lot of work to do in a short period of time. Your participation is critical to changing laws relating to marijuana in Texas.
Patient Lobby Day is a participatory event where patients and their loved ones will engage our legislators and their staff. We will focus on our medical marijuana bill, which will bring safe and legal access to seriously ill patients.

LOCATION: The Texas State Capitol Building in the Capitol Agricultural Museum and Conference Room (found on the 1st Floor in the West Hallway) Room 1W.14 (Map)
DRESS: Professional
**Please register so we can ensure adequate space and materials for all participants. If you would like, please prepare a one page personal testimony to deliver to your legislators. Please bring 3 copies.**
All materials will be provided and we’ll start our day with training for those who have never visited with their legislators. You do not need to make any appointments with your legislators as we will be visiting their offices in groups.
