Write a Letter to Lieutenant Governor Patrick
Texas NORML is rolling out Phase 3 of Operation Trapped, our veteran initiative. We want to ask our Texas Veterans to write a letter today to Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick requesting that he authorize our Texas Senate Committee on Veteran Affairs to conduct a fact-finding hearing about veterans who use cannabis for Post Traumatic Stress (PTS) and chronic pain.
